Walk With Ease

Walk With Ease

Walk With Ease was developed by experts at the Arthritis Foundation and the Osteoarthritis Action Alliance to provide tools and techniques to build and maintain a successful walking program.

 

The program was designed to benefit adults who want to:

  • Reduce the pain and discomfort of arthritis and/or joint pain

  • Increase balance, strength and walking pace

  • Build confidence in the ability to be physically active

  • Improve overall health

Our Self-Directed Enhanced Walk With Ease Program includes weekly education through email, social media and group conversations during our scheduled walks.  Our founder, Kristina is a physical therapist and will provide a guided walk 1x a week. Walking time will increase each week but will be limited to an hour. Walking with others multiple times a week is highly encouraged.

If you can be on your feet for 10 minutes without increased pain, you can have success with Walk With Ease.
